3. Look at the map that appears to the left an click on each of the first twelve numbers. For each number, write down the description for each event that appears to the right. DO NOT COPY AND PASTE.
1. Germany invades Poland – September 1, 1939 the Germans invade Poland. The Germans used tanks and modern weapons to overwhelm the Polish who fought on horseback. As part of their non-aggression pact signed with German, Russia invaded Poland on September 17. On September 3 Britain and France declare war on Germany.
