On Wicked Problems and their Solution Strategies

May 11, 2009 · Do not lock down the problem definition: A tendency in us is to lock down a wicked problem. That is, we restrict its domain, definition, solution-space and doable solutions. For instance, locking down a problem could be defining the issue as local or private, and not national or global. Thereby, one seeks a micro solution to a macro problem. ................
