USAA Electronic Delivery Consent
If you want to receive documents related to your transaction electronically, we'll need your consent. You are entitled by law to receive some of these documents on paper. With your consent, we may deliver the documents to you electronically instead.
You must provide us with a designated email address (or have a valid designated email address on file with us) and satisfy the system requirements described below. If you consent and meet these requirements, the transaction document(s) (which at a minimum include all required disclosures, notices and binding legal documents regarding the transaction), will be provided to you electronically. Be sure to print or save the transaction document(s) and keep them for your records.
We may always, at our option, choose to deliver the transaction document(s) on paper.
Sometimes the law, or our agreement with you, requires you to give us a written notice. You must still provide these notices to us on paper, unless we specifically tell you in another communication how you may deliver that notice to us electronically.
This consent applies to this transaction only, and does not affect any other electronic delivery preferences you may have set up for other USAA transactions or accounts.
By clicking "Submit" below, you (a) understand and agree to give us your consent to provide you your transaction document(s) electronically and (b) you certify that you:
(1) have a computer with a working current version of a web browser compatible with USAA's website and/or Mobile App, access to the internet, at least 16 MB of available memory, a telephone, broadband or other internet access device, the ability to download and to print documents, and a current version of Adobe's Acrobat Reader software, which you can download and install free by clicking on the link provided. ; and
(2) have a valid and designated email address on file.
If you do not wish to proceed with this Electronic Delivery Consent click "Cancel." In that case, your transaction document(s) will be provided to you on paper. If you believe that you have made an error in your document(s), or if you have questions about the documents, do not click "Submit" and call USAA.
You may request a paper copy of a document that we delivered to you electronically at any time by using the Contact Us feature on USAA Online. We may, where allowed by law, charge a reasonable fee for delivery of a paper copy.
Subject to applicable law, you may withdraw your consent at any time by calling USAA at 877-632-3002. Your withdrawal of consent is effective only after you have communicated your withdrawal to USAA, as applicable, by calling the appropriate customer service phone number(s) and we have had a reasonable period of time to act upon your withdrawal. Withdrawing your consent will only affect the delivery of electronic records and will not affect the enforceability of the transaction. Any documents already provided electronically will not be re-sent unless requested. Where allowed by law, a reasonable fee may be charged for paper copies of already-provided electronic documents.
