Buyers Note: Enclosed footwear must be worn (no thongs/sandals), long sleeve shirt (no t shirts),

trousers (no dresses). Basic PPE of a vest and safety glasses will be supplied and must be worn and returned.

No children under the age of 18 will be allowed entry.

Transport is at buyers expense and carriages must be removed from site by 20th May 2016. Refer to terms and

conditions of sale. A buyers administration fee of 11% will apply to all lots sold. All transport collection is

to have 48 hours prior notice.

Inspections will be conducted in groups of no more than 12 with a maximum of 2 people per organisation.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Enclosed footwear must be worn (no thongs/sandals), Long sleeve shirt (no t shirts), trousers (no dresses). Basic PPE of a vest and safety

glasses will be supplied and must be worn and returned. No children under the age of 18 will be allowed entry. Site access will be refused

if these items are not adhered to.

TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS

Transport collection must be co-ordinated with 48 hours prior notice being provided to Queensland Rail. The Purchaser must arrange for

the collection of the Item using appropriate vehicles and equipment which comply with all applicable laws, including occupational health

and safety and road safety related laws and codes.

Due to length (approx 17.5m) and weight (approx 37.5T) of items, specialist transport services will be required. There will be a requirement

for 2x Cranes 50-T to lift. Transport will require extendable trailers, pilots & permits. Diagrams of carriages have been provided where

possible and are available on the website.
