Thank you for your assistance as an Official-In-Charge for the 2020 Mass Golf Championship Program. We appreciate the time you will spend preparing your site for competition and we could not function without your continued assistance and support.
The Mass Golf Office will need the following information AT LEAST ONE MONTH in advance of the event you are conducting. Similar information is also requested in the more comprehensive Site Checklist you are asked to complete, however in most cases these forms are filled out after a visit to the host club.
The following information can be obtained during an introductory phone call to the club and is needed in the Mass Golf office as early as possible (to make sure Player Information Sheets are sent out in a timely fashion).

(Note: Most clubs have agreed to allow a window of time for practice rounds when they agree to host the event. It should be stressed that clubs do not have to block off an entire day for practice rounds, but they should allow windows of time during quieter days. An example might be Monday morning before 10:00 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. If there are any questions about practice rounds, please contact the Mass Golf office immediately.)

We generally prefer to begin starting times at 7:30 a.m.; however, this is sometimes not possible for the host club. We are more than willing to cooperate with time requests from the club; however, it is very important that we have the information before tee times are generated and sent to players.
