Retrieving your Username and Password

Go to the Bobcat Login Page at bobcat.stu.edu Click on "What is my Username or Password".

Let's Start with Retrieving Your Username

Enter your personal (non STU) email that STU has on file for you.

You will receive an email with the username. Now on to the password!

Click on "Forgot Password" At the Bottom

Enter your personal email address and leave the page open. You will receive a verification code. Type or copy+paste the verification code

in the field provided.

After entering your birth date and last name on the next page you may create your new password.

Go back to bobcat.stu.edu and use your newly retrieved credentials.

For either the password or username retrieval, you may also use the text feature if your cell phone is on file by selecting the option "Send me a text

message instead" beside the red buttons as shown above.
