Magdziarz has been actively engaged in real estate analysis, valuation, counseling, appraisal and appraisal education. Scope of experience covers all phases of real estate valuation and analysis as well as varied experience in areas of real property development, construction financing, management and sales. Valuation studies include most major type of mid-west properties, with special emphasis in commercial and industrial properties; multifamily residential; residential and mixed product subdivisions; agricultural properties; offices; medical facilities, and special purpose properties. Appraisal services include market analysis and highest and best use studies, fractional interest studies, and analytical reports on the aforementioned assignments to serve clients in matters of buy and sell decisions, eminent domain, mortgage underwriting, dissolution of marital assets, zoning issues and investment analysis. Joseph served on the Appraisal Institute National Board of Directors from 1996 to 2001. Joseph served as Chair of the National Education Committee from 2005 to 2008.
