Attach the DEUBLIN Rotating Union onto the shaft with sealant
or Te?on tape.
DEUBLIN Rotating Unions may only be installed by personnel who have experience and knowhow in plumbing and in the media used.

in addition to it. Follow the instruction manual (The instruction manual can be downloaded

For safe operation only use genuine DEUBLIN parts.

For safe operation only use hoses which are appropriate for the media and the mechanical
stress.
Option: Connect flange rotor. Secure flange by tightening bolts
in a star pattern.

rotating union.

Inspect visually.
Press in flush.
G?zle kontrol edin.
Ayn? hizada presleyin.
Attach the threaded plugs with sealant or Te?on tape.
Use Te?on tape or Loctite? for sealing
tapered threads (NPT threads).
Correct non-flush pressing in.

Use a gasket for sealing parallel
threads.

1. Prepare installation / Montaj i?leminin ?n haz?rl???
Attach siphon pipe according to type into the elbow with sealant or Te?on tape.
Remove loosely pre-assembled plug (if supplied).
Tam s?k?lmadan monte edilen tapa ve vida di?li tapalar? (ba?l?
olmas? halinde) s?k¨¹n.
Sifon borusunu yap? t¨¹r¨¹ne uygun olarak dirsek par?as? ile
birle?tirin ve s?zd?rmazl???n? sa?lay?n.
Attach elbow (with siphon pipe) onto rotating union with sealant or Te?on tape. Option: If siphon pipe support is part of the
rotating union install elbow with sealant or Te?on tape.
Clean the end of the shaft thoroughly.
Mil u?lar?n? iyice temizleyin.
Dirsek par?as?n? (sifon borusu ile birlikte) tak?n ve s?zd?rmazl???n?
