Delivery instructions for securities

Provide your broker or firm with the following instructions in order to authorize the electronic transfer of your securities and finalize your contribution to Vanguard Charitable. (These instructions are intended to help you initiate a transfer of assets with the holding firm. Vanguard Charitable will not contact your broker to initiate a transfer.)

To the DTC/ Free-delivery department

Please accept these instructions as the authorization to transfer the assets specified below to Vanguard Charitable's brokerage account. Securities should be transferred in-kind and are not to be liquidated.

Include the name of each security, number of shares you wish to donate, and names of all registered owners. The broker or firm may require a Medallion signature guarantee to authorize the transfer.
