XI. Final-Lifeline

BA-PA’s Lifeline service provides for a $9.00 offset benefit to the qualifying residential customer. CLEC-C purchases one (1) Lifeline service from BA-PA for the discounted Lifeline rate of $6.00 ($15.00 - $9.00 = $6.00), less the applicable wholesale discount rate. We will use the same illustrative wholesale discount rate, as above, of 20%. ................
