Tbsp. plain flour2 Tbsp. cacao powder1/3 cup vegan milk of choice3 tsp. vegan butter? tsp. vanilla beanPinch of saltFor Frappe?-1 cup of vegan milk of choice?-1 cup of ice1 Tbsp. of chocolate drinking powder 2 scoops of vegan vanilla ice-cream.MethodIn a bowl, whisk together sugar, flour and cacao powder and remove any lumps. Heat milk, butter and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat until butter melts. Add the dry ingredients into the saucepan, a small amount at a time. Increase the heat to medium-high until the mixture begins to simmer.Simmer, stirring constantly for 6 minutes. Take off heat and whisk in a pink of sugar. Set aside. To a blender, add milk, ice, drinking powder and ice-cream. Blend until ice has crushed. In a glass smear the chocolate sauce on the sides. Pour the frappe mix into the glass, top with ice cream* and drizzle on chocolate sauce. *you may wish to use coconut or rice whipped cream instead. ................
