Cut the vanilla pod into two

Using the tip of a knife, scrape the seeds from the inside of the pod, and add them to the milk Pour the vanilla flavoured milk into a blender, add the vanilla ice cream and blend together Prepare your chosen Grand Cru (110 ml) in a Lungo cup and add to the mixture in the blender Blend together and pour into a large recipe glass (350 ml) Serve immediately
