Exporting SPSS Data to Excel

Open your SPSS data file.

Click File, Save As

[pic]

Point to the folder where you want to save the exported file, give it a File name, and select Save as type = Excel97 and later (*.xls). Click Save.

Open it up in Excel to see if all looks OK.
