Click on the paste icon on the Home ribbon, Clipboard grouping (it looks like a clipboard and paper).The Jan 19 line will now appear first in the list.Now use undo or Ctrl-Z to undo your last action.For an alternative method of Copy and Paste: Triple click on the line that begins with Jan 19 to select it.Now click and drag the insertion point to just before the line that begins with Apr 29.You may use either of these two methods to put the remainder of the holidays in order by date.Click on the Show Hide button on the Home ribbon, Paragraph grouping to show the formatting marks. Save your Holidays file into your MS Word folder in your OneDrive FWISD folder if you haven’t already.
