Simplify your finances with automatic payments (ACH)! You have two options when it comes to automatic payments.

1. Monthly Automatic Payments

One full payment is drafted on the due date, 4 calendar days after the due date, or 9 calendar days after the due date, depending upon your preference. You can also choose to add an additional principal payment amount that will be drafted at the same time.

2. Budget Drafting Automatic Payments

Like clockwork!

One half of your regular mortgage payment is drafted every other Friday. The full monthly payment will post to your loan account the business day after we receive the second half of your loan payment. If affordable to you, this helps reduce your principal balance and interest expense over time.

Please note that 2 or 3 times per year, three half-payments will be drafted in a month depending on how the weeks fall. These extra payments are applied directly to your principal. For example:

Most months have 2 half-payments But every year, some months have 3 half-payments
