The Houston Public Library does not sponsor or endorse this meeting.

See the attached map showing the location of the library. The library has a no fee parking lot. If full, there is additional parking in the surrounding area. IEEE Houston Consultant Network members, IEEE Members, guests and interested parties, are all welcome and may earn 1 PDH. There is a large lounge outside the meeting room, come early and network.

2 Rich Gillette

NRG eVgo Business Development Manager

1 Presentation:

The presentation will cover NRG eVgo's prospective and vision for Electric Vehicles. It will provide an overview of the eVgo Houston Electric Vehicle charging ecosystem and the benefits of a charging network that includes DC fast charging.

2 Speaker:

Rich Gillette joined NRG eVgo in 2011 and is currently responsible for construction, business development, and deployment of eVgo’s ecosystem in the Houston metropolitan area. In addition, he serves as the eVgo account manager for several of the company’s key accounts including: Walgreens, Cracker Barrel Restaurants, H-E-B and Victron Energy.

Prior to NRG, he spent 15+ years in the wireless telecom sector where he held various roles including: Vice president of Business Development for Baran Telecom, Regional Sales Manager for Crown Castle International and District Manager for the Houston Cellular Telephone Company (now AT&T Wireless). In addition to business development Rich has extensive project management experience in cell tower construction & maintenance, site acquisition, permitting & zoning and project management. Rich and his wife Lisbeth have lived and worked in the Houston market for over 25 years, Rich currently resides in Spring TX, where he and his wife are being raised by 4 teenagers.
