Word was received here this week of the death of Frank C. Banks at Wichita Falls, Texas. Mr. Banks died last Thursday of a heart attack. He had recently been recalled to the Army, and was stationed at the Texas base. Prior to that Mr. and Mrs. Banks had been living in Los Atos, Calif. ................
