How to View in Skyward Family Access
1. To access Skyward Family Access do the following: *Go to and click the Student/Family Access Portal link on the left side.
2. Select Login if you know your username and password otherwise choose the appropriate option.
3. Family Access Login Screen
4. The link for Report Cards is found under General Information on the left side. Click on the link to view your report card and/or progress report.
5. Click on the Report Card or Progress Report link.
6. Your student's Progress Report / Report Card will open in a PDF format. You may print and/or save the document. NOTE: You may need to download Adobe Reader to be able to view your student's report card. Follow this link if a download is needed:
**Column headings on the report card reflect each grading period (term) that represent each of the 9 weeks grade reporting terms on the District Calendar.
? TERMS & CONDUCT GRADES: Terms are divided into 9 weeks, each term is identified with a T and the grading period. EX: T1 is term 1 (Aug 27? Oct 19) T2 is term 2 (Oct 22 ? Dec 18), etc. C1, C2, C3, and C4 are conduct grades.
? SEMESTER GRADES: SE1 and S1 are 1st semester exam (JH & HS only) and 1st semester grade in that order, same for SE2 and S2 (2nd semester exam and 2nd semester grade).
? FINAL GRADE: FIN is the final grade which is the average of semester grades. ? ABSENCES: Total Absences are the cumulative per class. **For Progress Report Cards, the header is P1, P2, P3, P4, P5,P6 or P7 according to current term.
***Progress Report grades DO NOT calculate into the 9 weeks grade. Each grading period is an active calculation of the teacher gradebook for ALL assignments in the date range for the 9 weeks.
