The Graduate Internship Scheme is a collaboration between the University of Sunderland, a recent Graduate and a regional SME. The Scheme has been designed to benefit both the Graduate and the company, ensuring that the Graduate takes the first steps on the career ladder whilst the company benefits from the Graduates enthusiasm, expertise and up to date knowledge.

The Internship is a full time position, for a 12 month fixed term period, based at Flexi-e-card in Newcastle.

The Organisation:

Flex-e- is a convenient and simple way to purchase gift cards online. Operated by Flex-e-vouchers Limited, a market-leading shopping centre gift card company, the website offers a choice of over 80 different shopping centre gift card products. Flex-e-vouchers Limited developed the shopping mall gift card market in Europe, starting with their first card at the Bullring in Birmingham and now they operate gift card schemes at over 80 leading malls. The Company provides an integrated programme management and card transaction processing service. Working with MasterCard and Visa, and our selected banking partners, Flex-e-vouchers are focused on providing services to both European shopping malls and the wider Prepaid card industry. Flex-e-vouchers technology platform is proprietary and our Company is wholly owned by its Directors and employees.

 The Role:

The successful candidate will be the:

• 1st line IT Support for internal and external queries, via phone, email and face to face communications.

• Aid with improving internal IT infrastructure and daily monitoring/maintenance of equipment.

• Ensure departmental documentation is kept up to date and available.

• Aid other IT staff to get company assets up to date and complete.
