I acknowledge that any inaccuracy or misrepresentation contained in any visa referral, whether intentional or otherwise, that gives the Consulate reasonable cause to doubt my or the Company’s adherence to the rules, policies, and procedures of the Program shall result in a suspension from the program. The initial period of suspension shall be six months or such period of time as determined by the Consulate in its sole discretion. Such inaccuracies and misrepresentations may include, but are not limited to, those concerning: the length of stay of the visa applicant;the nature of the visa applicant’s activities;the nature of any technology relevant to the applicant’s activities;the relationship of the visa applicant to the Company;I understand that I may be held personally culpable for any intentional misuse or abuse of the Program, regardless of whether such misuse or abuse is perpetrated by myself or by another of whom I should reasonably be aware. Should an investigation by the Consulate conclude that any such intentional misuse or abuse has occurred, I am aware that my company may be permanently suspended from participation in the Program at the sole discretion of the Consulate and that I and/or the Company may face legal action.
