These tools are designed to help you take the next step to your best health by giving you a mobile health coach to help you reach your goals. Just like our biometric screenings offered at health fairs, these tools are convenient and affordable with the help of community and volunteers. Description:The 9Health eTools Program Manager is responsible for a diverse range of tasks and duties related to ensuring the success of the 9Health eTools program including designing, implementing, selling and operating our new suite of digital health tools. The position requires that this employee represents 9Health and works with vendors, participants and internal staff to ensure the success of the new service offering. This position requires travel, primarily within the state. Other responsibilities include any other tasks or duties assigned by the VP, Operations or CEO. Responsibilities:The 9Health eTools Program Manager will oversee and lead the design, development and operations of 9Health’s new eTools digital health tools line of business. In this role, the 9Health eTools Program Manager is ultimately responsible for the success of the 9Health eTools program. He/she is instrumental in:Setting targets for the 9Health eTools line of business and developing plans and strategies to achieve them (e.g., number of participants, revenue, health outcomes)With the 9Health executive team and other stakeholders, identifying and prioritizing new products and capabilities to be included in the 9Health eTool suiteIntegrating the 9Health eTools programs into other 9Health offerings (e.g., fairs & HealthHappens)Working with 9Health departments to integrate 9Health eTools program activities into the day-to-day operations of 9HealthWorking with the 9Health executive team and other stakeholders to define the 9Health eTools strategy and success factors, Specific responsibilities of the 9Health eTools Program Manager include but are not limited to: Develop a ‘balanced scorecard’ that defines success of the 9Health eTools program across a variety of factors, identify relevant measures and targets for each of these areas, and implement tools and processes to monitor and improve on the factors that impact these measures Work with the 9Health marketing team and others as identified to build and execute campaigns to recruit and retain 9Health eTools customers/participantsOutline and communicate the 9Health eTools program goals and objectives Act as liaison between eTools program vendor(s) and 9Health Staff, stakeholders and Board and Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) membersDevelop and implement a customer support strategy for the 9Health eTools program Coordinate 9Health eTools strategy and outcomes with overall 9Health strategy and outcomes Provide oversight and management of budgets allocated to 9Health eTools programs; input into the budget planning process for the 9Health eTools program. Monitor and act-on financial reports.Provide oversight and management of contracts and agreements with various 9Health eTools vendors, including ensuring that 9Health commitments are met With vendors and other stakeholders, define and execute 9Health eTools program governance to maximize effectiveness of all departments and organizations needed for the program to be successful. Governance must be adaptable to the culture of 9Health as well as the culture and preferences of vendors and other stakeholdersDevelop tools and processes to gather feedback from 9Health eTools participants and provide that feedback to vendors and other stakeholders so that iterative versions of the tools include improvements and features identified by customers Develop and implement plans to capture data and results that can be used to monitor the effectiveness of the program(s), make data-driven decisions about next steps, and support marketing campaigns With assistance from the health and wellness team and others, develop program quality goals and define metrics (both leading – e.g., number of coach communications - and trailing – e.g., % of participants who meet or achieve H&W goals) to monitor the quality of the programGeneral Program Manager responsibilities and skills such as the following are also expected to be part of the 9Health eTools Program Manager’s role: Strategize and outline goals and objectives of the programIdentify resource needs and work with executive team to allocate appropriate resourcesSet program controls/governance/standardsMonitor multiple projects through the entire program cycleManage the day-to-day detailed aspects of multiple projects; solve problems and issues as appropriateSet timelines for goal posts/due datesCoordinate and utilize resources for multiple projects in the programManage and submit program documentationCommunicate with stakeholders to address potential risksTrack program progress, set and adhere to meaningful deadlines Communicate program objectives, goals, and progress to program directors, executives, upper management, and stakeholdersEvaluate and supervise multiple projects; organize cross-projects work within the programLead and mentor project staff and team membersSet objectives to maximize ROIPrepare and present progress and budget reports to stakeholdersManage meetings effectivelyPresent to community and volunteersQualifications:The eTools Program Manager must be able to work in an unstructured environment and must be driven by the mission of improving health outcomes for the communities we serve. Successful candidates will have experience in managing health care programs and an understanding of digital technologies and methodologies. 9Health Fair experience is helpful but not mandatory. This position requires competency in public speaking and training. She/he must be detail oriented and follow-up on all tasks, exhibit high levels of integrity and initiative, and have excellent verbal, written and conflict management skills. She/he must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and other software applications as designated by the IT department.Experience in health care customer service and/or sales is beneficial. She/he must possess critical thinking skills and competency to work cooperatively while under pressure with a variety of people.She/he must be able to work independently and as part of a team handling a variety of tasks and assignments concurrently. Employee will know, apply, train and oversee the privacy of participant Personal Health Information.
