ALL STATE AGENCIES AND OTHERS AUTHORIZED TO USE STATE CONTRACTS:

Effective June 5, 2008, per the price adjustment clause contained in the above award, prices for the items in Lots I, II, III, and IV, for Districts A through F, only have been increased or remain the same per the indicated price lists.

All other terms and conditions remain the same as the original award.
