Spreading the minutes throughout the day is the most effective way to achieve this. Feel free to break up activities throughout the day or do them all at once. An effort was made to try and keep activities as equipment free, screen free, simple, and multi-age friendly as possible. Students may do an activity of his/her choice that increases heart rate (walking, jogging, play soccer, play basketball, ride a bike, any previous activity, etc.) Please log the activity. A list was created to help with choice activities. Directions: Complete each activity assignment. Parents - Please sign each date confirming that your child completed the assignment and it CAN BE turned in to the Physical Education teachers when we return to school.
