SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Manager, performs part pick up, assist in delivering and pickingupequipment. The intent of this position description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbent(s) in this position. Incumbent(s) may not be required to perform all duties in this description and incumbent(s) may be required to perform position-related tasks other than those specifically listed in this description.

ESSENTIALJOBFUNCTIONS:

? Ensuresshopcleanlinessandmaintenanceonaregularbasis. ? Processesandtrackspartsthathavebeenplacedonorder. ? Makes repairs and performs routine and preventative maintenance on building and shop

equipment. ? Performscleanupdutiestoshop,shopvehicles,restroomandofficeswhichincludestakingout

thetrash,sweeping,mopping,dustingandcleaningwindows. ? Operates computer to document repair parts are charged to correct repair orders on a daily

basis,mayberequiredtoperformspotinventory. ? Monitorscommunicationsandrespondtooff-siterequestsforassistance. ? Monitorsandreportallsafety-relatedissuesasrelatedtotheshopareaoranylocationwhere

maintenanceisbeingperformed. ? Availabletorespondtoemergencypick-upanddeliveryafterhoursincludingnights,weekends

andholidays.
