SEEING WARNING SIGNS OF A STROKE?
If signs or symptoms of a stroke are evident e.g.:
• Sudden onset of numbness or weakness
• Sudden onset of confusion or difficulty speaking
• Sudden onset of vision loss
• Sudden onset of dizziness or imbalance
• Sudden onset of severe headache
Use these numbers to call for help:

|Call 911 |Immediately call the Brain Attack Team (BAT) and Primary Team |Immediately call the Code Team |
