|Purpose: |To announce the release of the latest updates to LTC Manual |

| |Chapters 7, 11 and 28. |

|Background: |Changes to the chapters include: |

| |Chapter 7: Intro to Medicaid, State Plan and 1915c waivers |

| |Chapter 11: In-Home Provider Requirements |

| |Chapter 28: Medicaid Fraud |
