Our busy office at Kingmoor is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing customer service and administrative support to the bin wagon operation

• Ensuring collection routes are efficiently and effectively administered

• Dealing with customer service requests professionally and efficiently

• Providing support to the sales team with quotations and new customer mobilisation

• Processing data accurately and within deadlines

• High volume transaction processing

• Producing customer reports weekly and monthly

We offer excellent benefits:

• Salary £16,000 to £19,000 depending on skills and experience

• 11.9% employer pension contribution

• 37 hour working week (Mon-Thurs 8.30am to 5.00pm, Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm)

• 25 days leave per annum plus public holidays and opportunity to buy and sell holidays

• Continued personal development
