It’s the stories that it created and the adventures of its owner that draws me to this object and what it represents. The owner of the typewriter was Joe Sherman, a Clemson alumnus and then Director of Clemson News and Alumni Relations. His trusty typewriter told Clemson’s stories including his “There’s Something in These Hills,” a poem written in 1969 about his connections to Clemson University.Our featured cocktail for the occasion is a Tiger Paw: 2 oz. citrus vodka, 2 oz. lemon juice, 1 T sugar, 4 oz. orange soda.
