From being a Koala-fied Koala Keeper to getting lost in the mazes, and endless waterslide adventures - we have Party Packages to suit all ages! Each package includes admission to Outback Splash, a party meal for each child, lolly bags, balloon, a gift for the birthday girl/boy and free entry for the organising adult.

Our Birthday Party Packages are available for children aged 4 to 13 years with a minimum of 6 children required for all packages.

Our Classic Party Package is perfect for those looking for an unforgettable birthday without the headache of all the planning! Guests arrive for a full day of fun exploring all the mazes and attractions on offer before taking time out to enjoy a delicious individually packed meal, cool beverage and perhaps a slice of cake, then heading out again for some more fun.

The Koala Party Package includes all the fun and inclusions of our Classic Party Package with addition of our exclusive Koala Experience! The birthday Guests will enter the Koala Enclosure with our Keeper to get up close, pat the koalas and create memories that will last a lifetime. Don't forget to bring a camera to snap some incredible pics of the kids and their new Koala friends. After meeting the Koala's up close and learning some fun facts about them, each child will also be given their own Koala-fication certificate to take home as a new Koala-fied keeper here at Outback Splash!

All birthday packages include a meal and drink for each child attending the party. Each child may select from the following Birthday Catering meal and drink options. Catering selections are required a minimum of 7 days in advance.

When booking the Classic or Koala Birthday Packages the Birthday Organiser will enter free at the below ratio: 1 Free Adult when booking a birthday for 6-9 Children. 2 Free Adults when booking a birthday for 10 or more children

Any additional adults will be required to purchase an admissions ticket at a discounted rate.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can we bring our own birthday cake?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake. We can even assist with storing your cake in our cool room or freezer should you require.

Can we bring our own food and/or drinks?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring additional food and drinks for your day out at Outback Splash! Please note, catering from external providers is not permitted.

Do you have Birthday Party Session times?

No, here at Outback Splash you can play all day! Birthday party bookings can arrive and depart any time throughout the day (park opening hours 10am-5pm). The only scheduled times for your day will be the catering service time and, if booking the Koala Package, your Koala Experience session. These service/session times are nominated during the booking process.

Is there a party room or an assigned area?

Here at Outback Splash we have found that birthday party groups much prefer to find their own spot in the park for the day that best suits their needs. For this reason we do not have allocated party rooms or set areas for birthday party bookings. Instead groups are more that welcome to add a hut / cabana reservation to their booking. We will also schedule a catering collection time (when you would like to collect your catering from the Burger Bar) with you to allow you to collect your catering and return to your picnic area to enjoy!

Are there minimum requirements for Birthday Party Packages?

The minimum requirements for all birthday packages is 6 full paying children. A full paying child is considered as the full package rate. Minimum numbers do not include Season Pass holders or Children aged under 3 purchasing catering add-on only.

Do discounts apply for Season Pass Holders?

Season pass holders are of course entitled to free entry to the park with their current season pass. Should you have season pass holders attending your birthday party, catering only (meal, drink and lolly bags) can be added to your booking for these guests at a discounted rate. Minimum numbers do not include Season Pass holders purchasing the catering add-on only.

Are parents attending the birthday party required to purchase an admission ticket?

When booking a Kid's Birthday Package the Birthday Organiser will enter free at the below ratio, any additional adults/parents are required to purchase an admissions ticket at the current group rates. 1 Free Adult when booking a birthday for 6-9 Children 2 Free Adults when booking a birthday for 10 or more children

Final Numbers, Catering Confirmations and Final Payment

Confirmation of catering (including meal selections) and final numbers are required 7 days prior to the date of the booking. Small adjustments can be made on arrival on the day should you have changes to your guest list. On arrival our Team will confirm all the details of your booking, make any adjustments as required after which final payment can be made.
