Each additional child -- $20 Extra half hour -- $50 Make and decorate your own milk chocolate mold with toppings (toppings include rainbow and chocolate sprinkles and nonpareils) Paper goods Balloon and personalized gift for birthday child One slice of pizza, juice and water Party hosts

ADD ONS:

Additional pizza ($15 per pie) Waffles or crepes with or without scoop of ice cream (starting at $5.99) Popcorn and cotton candy ($1.99) Make your own mini sundae with sprinkles, nonpareils and syrup or whipped cream

($3.50 per child for a small cup. Large cups also available) Additional candy toppings for decorating molded chocolate and/or sundaes ($.50 or $1) Custom Dolce goodie bags ($3 and up) Additional food/chocolate/coffee can be ordered for adults (prices vary)
