Arriving…Friday 16th June

We will be arriving back at Milton of Leys Primary School at 2.30pm. Very happy and tired! Please collect your child from the front entrance of the school.

Insurance Details

What to bring…….

• 1 small holdall/suitcase

• 1 day sack for carrying change of clothes/packed lunch + plastic re-useable drinks bottle

• Packed lunch for Monday. No fizzy drinks please

• 6 x complete changes of clothes (not including the ones they will travel down in!). Pupils are not required to wear uniform during the trip but we do ask that you ensure that the clothes are suitable i.e. no t-shirts with inappropriate messages etc.

• A change of footwear in case of an unexpected monsoon or blisters!

• Sunscreen, sunhat

• Midge repellent

• Toiletries bag including hairbrush, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, shampoo etc.

• Pyjamas/nightwear

• Indoor shoes/slippers

• Sleeping bag

• Two towels

• (Sufficient) change of underwear/socks

• A waterproof jacket

• A book, magazine or crossword puzzle etc…

• A camera (we would suggest a disposable one) for which the children will be responsible

• Please NO electronic games, ipods, Gameboys, fitbits etc., hair straighteners etc.

• NO MOBILE PHONES

• Spending money to a maximum of £10 – children will be responsible for their own money. Please put money in a secure named purse/wallet which can be fastened

• If medicines are required, please hand them to Mrs Snedden, Miss McPherson or Miss Canham along with written instructions.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING HAS YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON IT AND THAT THERE IS A CHECK LIST OF ALL THEIR BELONGINGS SECURED INSIDE THE HOLDALL.
