Nikita Lingenfelter is the 2020-2021 Speaker of the House of Delegates for the Water Environment Federation (WEF), an international organization of water quality professionals in Alexandria, VA. Nikita is the Supervisor for the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP), Bureau of Federal Facilities. She started working for NDEP in 2006 and has worked in the Bureaus of Water Pollution Control and Air Pollution Control. Nikita has been an active member of the Nevada Water Environment Association where she has served in all the Chair positions including President in 2017 -2018. Nikita has served on WEF committees, NWEA committees, and co-chaired the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force for WEF in 2019-2020. Nikita is passionate about the environment with her work at the State of Nevada and NWEA. She enjoys the outdoors, and the beautiful surroundings Nevada has to offer with her husband and two daughters. ................
