He confirmed the team’s initial understanding of virtual and ghost cards, but also indicated Citibank is exploring a new product which might solve the in-person purchase issue. It’s possible UT Austin could be a test site for this new product. He also shared that Citibank will begin to notify the procard administrator in addition to the cardholder when they suspect fraudulent use of the card.Andy practiced the presentation he will be giving to CUBO on May 2, and the team provided feedback and a few suggestions.Alice asked the team to review the solutions list from the brainstorming session in the April 23rd meeting and to identify broad categories/themes for the final report recommendations. Team members divided into groups of two and each set of partners selected a category to begin to draft recommendations for the final report. These were shared with the entire group.Team members were asked to send their recommendations to Andy for editing and inclusion in the final report. The team will review these at the next meeting on May 7.The meeting ended on time. ................
