Kindergarten Enrichment

2017/2018 School Year

__________________________________________ is enrolled for Kindergarten Enrichment.

Session 1 (Wed, Thur) Session 2 (Wed, Fri)

12:30-3:-00 PM 12:30 – 3:00 PM

***NOTE- Wednesday classes will only be in session when your child is NOT in Kindergarten.

Please let the preschool know as soon as possible which session your child will attend based on their Olentangy kindergarten schedule.

PAPERWORK

Please fill out the enclosed forms and return them to the preschool. There will be two sessions offered in August for turning in your paperwork.

Session 1 parent- Monday, August 21st 10:00AM-12:00PM OR 6:30PM – 8:00PM

Session 2 parent- Tuesday, August 22nd 10:00AM-12:00PM OR 6:30PM – 8:00PM

If there is a conflict on your assigned evening you can come on the other date. Please come at any time during the time slot for about 10 minutes to take care of this paperwork. If you are unable to come to either of these sessions, please make arrangements to come in on a different day. These forms need to be completed and returned to us to review before your child can attend our school.

PARENT ORIENTATION/FIRST DAY

Session 1 (Wed, Th)

Our Parent Orientation/First Day will be on Thursday, September 7th, 2017. On this day, you will meet with your child’s teacher, the director will review the parent handbook, and then your child will stay for the rest of the class time. During this time, we will take a quick family photo for our “Family Tree” bulletin board. ***Note-These are not professional photos and not everyone in the family needs to be here.

Session 2 (Wed, F)

As a reminder, your 2nd tuition payment will be due by the first day of school.
