Allan Klepfisz is CEO and Chairman of Qtrax, the world’s first legal and free peer-to-peer music service, and its parent

company, Brilliant Technologies Corporation. Brilliant is a publicly traded holding company devoted to the research and

RICK RICCOBONO — EVP, Qtrax

Rick Riccobono is Executive Vice President of Qtrax, the world’s first legal and free peer-to-peer music service, where he

has worked to secure licensing agreements with the leading major and indie labels. Having previously worked at

Supertracks (a precursor to iTunes), Mr. Riccobono is widely recognized within the music industry as a rights expert and

digital distribution pioneer. He specializes in digital rights, digital asset management, the creation of new digitally based

business models and the implementation of digital distribution platforms. Riccobono spent 15 years as a music publishing

executive at: CBS Songs; Screen Gems & Chappell/Intersong, and a decade as a Vice President & Officer of

Broadcast Music Inc.

Riccobono has been integrally involved in the establishment of entertainment media licensing agreements in the U.S. and

the international market for a number of new mobile entertainment and digital distribution products. Prior to joining Qtrax,

Mr. Riccobono represented an extensive variety of clients in the music and digital spaces, including: Groove Mobile, Dees

Digital Network, QMobile, Audible Magic, Mobile Media Now, M-Wise, SK Wireless/WiderThan, Napster, OverPeer, and

Fortune 500 companies Vivendi Universal (VuNet), Sun Microsystems and Philips/Sony Corporate Alliance Group.

J. CHRISTOPHER ROE — CTO, Qtrax

With more than ten years of IT management experience within the media industry, Roe is a technology leader having

served in a diverse range of positions and companies. He comes to Qtrax from Interpublic Group’s AFG Interactive,

where he managed multiple information and communication systems across its global network. Immediately prior to AFG

Interactive, Roe served as Chief Information Officer of , the leading site for information about New York

City hotels, restaurants, nightlife, tours and events. His technology vision and leadership helped the organization improve

cost effectiveness, service quality and business development through a series of Web initiatives.

Roe has been instrumental in structuring the implementation of the state-of-the-art technology essential to Qtrax’s

unique business model, which exploits the dynamic nexus between interactive advertising and intellectual property.
