Wellness Rewards

Employees with City of Pittsburgh medical coverage are eligible to receive the Wellbeing, Self-Care, and Active-Care Reward financial incentives.

Get rewarded for taking steps to improve your wellbeing and maintain a healthy lifestyle!

Earn up to $500 this year with three different rewards that target your wellbeing:

$300 Wellbeing Reward: Earn 500 MOJO Points with activities that screen for health risks.

$100 Self-Care Reward*: Earn 250 MOJO Points with Self-Care activities.

$100 Active-Care Reward*: Earn 250 MOJO points with Active-Care activities.

Once you log in to your account, you will be prompted to change your password. After you change your password, you will be able to view Program Announcements, Program Requirements, Reporting Guidelines, and Your Dashboard.

Champion Reward**: Earn up to 1,500 MOJO Points and complete the Health Risk Assessment to earn a wellness prize! Prizes are dispersed once you earn 1,500 MOJO points, first come-first served, deadline November 30, 2019.

*Note, the Wellbeing Reward is a prerequisite for the Self-Care and Active-Care Rewards.

**Employees not on City of Pittsburgh medical coverage are only eligible for the Champion Reward.

Our on-line platform allows you to compete against your colleagues with wellness challenges, learn on your own time with featured webinars, and dive into action

with on-line disease management programs. We'll frequently add new content on topics including

mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, and weight loss. With so many options, you will be able to tailor your wellness education to your unique needs! Participating also earns you MOJO points towards your self-care and

active-care reward.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I qualify for the financial incentives? To qualify for the financial incentives of the Wellbeing, Self-Care, and Active-Care rewards, an employee must have City of Pittsburgh medical coverage and meet each reward's requirements.

What are the reward requirements? Visit the wellness platform to view wellness activities and MOJO point requirements for each award.

Can I participate without City of Pittsburgh medical coverage? Employees without City of Pittsburgh medical coverage are eligible to earn the Champion Reward for a prize only.

I'm a new hire. Am I eligible for the wellness program? New employees hired by September 30, 2019 are eligible for the 2019 Wellness Program. Please visit login.php for reward eligibility details.

What website do I go to? The wellness platform has a new website URL! Log on to login.php .

How can I get MOJO points for a program not listed? If you have participated in a wellness activity that is not listed as an approved activity, please contact the Benefits and Wellness Team at city.fit@ or call 412-255-2183. We will do our best to meet your needs and award MOJO points as appropriate.

Can my spouse/partner receive a financial incentive? Employee spouses/partners will not receive a financial incentive. However, spouses/partners who complete an on-site biometric screening will be awarded a prize and entered into an additional prize raffle! If a spouse does complete a biometric screening, the employee will recieve MOJO points.

How long does it take me to get points for the activities I've completed? Activities that are reported by Vendor, CityFit, or Proof of Completion can take up to 4 weeks to reflect credit on your dashboard. Activities that are Self-Reported or completed on the online dashboard will automatically receive credit. When and how will my financial reward be distributed? If you have earned the Wellbeing, Self-Care, and/or Active-Care rewards, your earnings will be paid out in one sum in December 2019. This will be a taxable event viewable in the Hours & Earnings section of your paystub.
