Wells Fargo Business Card Cash Back Advantage Program ...

Wells Fargo Business Card Cash Back Advantage Program Information

Effective August 2015

1. The primary Business Card cardholder will earn cash rewards based on the net purchases made on the primary card and employee card(s) that are linked to the same Business Card account on a monthly basis. Cash rewards accumulation will be updated monthly at the time the billing statement is produced. 2. Cash rewards calculations will begin on the first cycle date after the Wells Fargo Business Card Cash Back Advantage program enrollment date. 3. The cash rewards will be credited quarterly to the primary card account or to the designated Wells Fargo Business Checking or Savings Account in March, June, September and December for transactions during the prior three months. The cash rewards earned and transferred from employee card accounts in March, June, September and December cycles will not be credited until 3 months later in the next quarterly rewards distribution cycle. 4. The program is based on "eligible purchases," which are net purchases (purchases less returns) but excluding cash advances, balance transfers, SUPERCHECKSTM, cash advances designated as purchases, casino gaming chips, wire transfers, off-track wagers, other wagers or lottery tickets. It also does not include any fees posted to your account, including late fees, over limit fees, annual fees, cash back membership fees and finance charges. 5. Cash rewards amounts are rounded to the nearest cent. 6. Eligibility for cash rewards is restricted to Business Card cardholders whose accounts are currently enrolled in the Wells Fargo Business Card Cash Back Advantage program, and are open and in good standing at the time of reward calculation and distribution. 7. Cash rewards are calculated each month. 8. Cash rewards that have not yet appeared on a monthly billing statement are not eligible for distribution. 9. Upon closing the Business Card account, all accumulated cash rewards will be forfeited. If a closed account is later reopened, the forfeited rewards cannot be retrieved. 10. For customers with more than one Business Card account under different business names with Wells Fargo, the spending on different business accounts cannot be combined for cash rewards calculations. 11. Customers enrolled in the Wells Fargo Business Card Cash Back Advantage program are not eligible for Wells Fargo's other business card loyalty or rewards programs, including but not limited to the Wells Fargo Business Card Rewards Points program. 12. Wells Fargo reserves the right to make adjustments to cash rewards amounts. For example, if you receive a cash reward in excess of the amount actually accrued, your cash rewards balance will be debited for the amount of the erroneous rewards disbursement. If you redeem a cash reward and there is a subsequent return, the amount of the return will be deducted from the amount eligible for a subsequent cash reward. Consequently, your subsequent cash rewards total may be a negative number. 13. No retroactive cash rewards or credits will be given. 14. The terms of this program are subject to change with or without notice. 15. The terms of this program are void where prohibited by law. 16. Wells Fargo may suspend or terminate this program at any time with or without notice. 17. The program has a nonrefundable rewards program membership fee of $50. This fee will be assessed to the cash back rewards owner account enrolled in the program, regardless of how many employee cards are enrolled in the program. 18. Each month you spend $1,000 in net purchases, you will receive bonus cash in the amount of $10, which will be credited to your account during the next billing cycle and distributed quarterly.
