Team Member Benefits Summary

At Wells Fargo, great results are achieved when team members are at their best -- physically, emotionally, financially. That's why we have a comprehensive benefits program for our regular and part-time team members. Here's a brief description of various plans and programs available to you.

Health plans Wells Fargo offers medical, dental, and vision benefits to help you achieve your goals to be healthy -- at work, at home, and in the community. Team members may elect to cover themselves, their legally married spouse or domestic partner regardless of gender, and their eligible children up to age 26.

Medical coverage You have a choice of medical plans that all provide comprehensive coverage including routine care, emergency care, mental health and substance abuse services, and prescription drug coverage. The plans also have programs to help improve or maintain your health and well-being.

Dental coverage Two dental options are available to you that cover the same services -- preventive services, restorative services, and orthodontia -- but with different coverage amounts.

Vision coverage You can enroll in vision coverage to help pay for covered routine eye exams, lenses, eyeglass frames, and more.

Flexible Spending Accounts A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows you to put aside before-tax dollars to cover eligible expenses not reimbursed by another source, reducing your taxable income. Choose from the Full-Purpose Health Care FSA, Limited Dental/Vision FSA, or Day Care FSA.

Financial protection benefits Wells Fargo offers a variety of plans that may protect you, your family, and your finances from costs associated with death, accidents, disability, and legal matters.

Wells Fargo-paid benefits The following are part of your total benefits package if you meet eligibility requirements -- you're automatically enrolled, at no cost to you.

? Basic Term Life Wells Fargo provides Basic Term Life coverage equal to your covered pay, with a minimum of $10,000 and a maximum of $50,000.

Team Member Benefits Summary

? Short-Term Disability (STD) The STD Plan replaces either 65% or 100% of your covered pay if you have a medically certified health condition and cannot perform all or some of your job duties for more than seven consecutive calendar days, up to 26 weeks.

? Basic Long-Term Disability (LTD) Basic LTD coverage replaces 50% of your covered pay if you are disabled for more than 26 weeks.

? Business Travel Accident Plan (BTA) The BTA Plan provides up to five times your covered pay with a maximum benefit of $2 million, if you are injured or killed in a covered accident while traveling on company business.

Optional team member-paid benefits You can choose to enroll in additional benefits to help protect you and your family.

? Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan (AD&D) The AD&D plan pays benefits should you or your covered dependents die or become injured as a result of a covered accident.

? Optional Long-Term Disability You can purchase optional LTD coverage that provides an additional 15% of your covered pay -- resulting in 65% of pay replacement when combined with basic LTD coverage -- if you are disabled for more than 26 weeks.

? Legal Services Plan The Legal Services plan can help cover the cost of professional legal advice, representation, and assistance for certain personal legal matters.

? Optional life insurance You can enroll in Optional Term Life, Spouse/Partner Optional Term Life, and Dependent Term Life insurance coverage.

Retirement and investments

Wells Fargo 401(k) Plan The 401(k) Plan allows you to save from 1% to 50% of your certified compensation per-pay-period in before-tax or Roth contributions (or a combination of both), subject to IRS limits. After a year of service, Wells Fargo matches your future contributions dollar for dollar, up to 6% of your certified compensation at the end of the quarter. After a year of service, Wells Fargo may also make a discretionary profit sharing contribution for a plan year to your 401(k) Plan account. For plan provisions, review the 401(k) Plan Summary Plan Description and any applicable Summary of Material Modifications previously distributed to you.

Stock Purchase Plan You can purchase Wells Fargo common stock with after-tax payroll deductions and pay no brokerage or dividend reinvestment fees.

Paid time off and leaves

Time away Time away policies allow for vacation, personal or family illness, school events, religious observances, or other personal reasons. You may also be eligible for up to 12 holidays each year, and time away for bereavement and certain civic responsibilities.

Leaves of absence You can take a leave of absence if you're facing a life event that demands extended time away from work. The program includes medical, military, personal, family, parental, and critical caregiving leaves.

Work-life programs

Commuter benefits If you drive to work and pay for parking, or you take public transportation, you can save money by using before-tax dollars from your paycheck to help cover your monthly commuting costs.

Adoption reimbursement Eligible team members can receive reimbursement for specified adoption-related expenses, up to $5,000 per child.

Backup child care and backup adult care ? Backup child care is available when regular

arrangements fall through for your children, up to 20 days per year.

? Backup adult care provides up to five days a year of in-home backup care for your parent, spouse, partner, or adult dependent.

Tuition reimbursement To support career development, Wells Fargo offers tuition reimbursement for eligible expenses when you successfully complete eligible career-related classes.

Get resources and referrals Enjoy free access to LifeCare -- a resource that provides 24/7 personalized assistance, tips, tools, and events to help you find services and prepare for major life events.

Everyday discounts and savings Visit LifeMart to access national and local discounts for major purchases like a car, home, or vacation, or deals on day-to-day essentials.

Weight management Real Appeal is a digital weight loss program that can help you (or your spouse or domestic partner, and dependents age 18 ? 26) lose weight and help reduce your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Employee Assistance Consulting (EAC) EAC provides you and your household family members with a confidential and trustworthy resource to help you through personal and work-related concerns.

Managing your money ? Financial Counseling program

The Financial Counseling program offers free, confidential credit counseling and education, including budgeting and debt consolidation advice.

? Team Member Financial Center This is your central place for personal financialrelated education resources and team member products and services discounts.

Community involvement

Community Service Time Regular team members may be eligible for up to 16 paid hours per year to participate in community service activities during the work week. The Wells Fargo Volunteers program has resources to help you connect with local volunteering opportunities.

Educational matching gifts Team member donations made through credit card, one-time payroll, and ongoing payroll deduction during the 2018 Community Support Campaign, and are eligible for an educational match, will be matched in full up to $5,000 per team member. Additionally, team members can request an educational matching gift through the Community Care Portal for direct gifts made to a match-eligible school or educational institution until June 30, 2019.

Team Member Networks Wells Fargo's Team Member Networks help foster a diverse and inclusive environment. These networks offer educational experience, leadership development, community involvement, and networking opportunities.
