T he 2008 sessions of The Southeastern School of BankingSM (TSSB) have concluded with 54 students from Tennessee and three other states--Georgia, Illinois, and Virginia--successfully completing requirements for graduation. TSSB is an intensive general banking school spanning two years with a one-week resident session each year.

A total of 65 students enrolled in the first-year session, with 63 hailing from Tennessee and one each from Mississippi and Missouri.

TBA conducted the back-to-back TSSB sessions in July at the Owen Graduate School of Management on the Vanderbilt University campus. Students are housed at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. This is the last year for the back-to-back sessions. In 2009, the

first- and second-year sessions will run concurrently.
