All students will check-in on Thursday, August 1, 2019. Parents, please follow your check-in time as closely as possible. All students must be present to complete the check-in process.
At Check-in, students will pay fees, take a photo for their student ID, turn in forms, order a yearbook, pick up their class schedule, and receive a locker assignment.
NOTE: STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ATHLETICS, ACTIVITIES, OR RECEIVE A PARKING PASS UNTIL TEXTBOOK AND FINANCIAL RECORDS ARE CLEARED.
If you wish to expedite the Check-in process, pre-pay all fees and fines via Express Check-in (PrePaid). Drop off or mail your fee sheet with your payment between Monday, July 8 and no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19 to:

You may pay online through RevTrak for all fees except the photographer. Please note, when paying through RevTrak, a 3.61% fee will be added to your total amount due. RevTrak will not be available from Saturday, July 20 ? Friday, August 16.
All students report to the north door of the building near the cafeteria to begin the Check-in process at their assigned time. This includes those students who choose to participate in Express Check-in (Pre-Paid).
The documents and forms that are included in the Check-in packet are both informational and required for Check-in. Required documents and forms are designated at the top of each page.

1. Choose Regular or Express Check-in (Pre-Paid). Express Check-in (Pre-Paid) allows you to pay fees and outstanding fines in advance, expediting your Check-in process on Thursday, August 1, 2019. Express Check-in (Pre-Paid) payments are due no later than Friday, July 19, 2019.
2. Make checks payable to Grandview High School (no postdated checks, please).
3. Separate payments for the photography studio and food services are required (see attached).
4. To charge fees to your VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER card manually, you must fill out all of the required information at the bottom of this form. We charge and process credit card payments immediately at Check-in. If you are not present, your student's signature will authorize payment.
5. Clearly indicate which fees and/or fines are being paid.
6. If you are not choosing Express Check-in, please bring this fee form with your payment to Check-in on August 1, 2019

2019-2020 MEAL PRICES
The meal prices below will be effective July 1, 2019. There are several factors influence school meal prices and the increases seen below. Food costs continue to rise especially for fruits and vegetables and at the same time, meal nutrition standards, require increased portions of these foods. In order to ensure that we continue to provide high quality breakfast and lunch meals that include fruits and vegetables each day, we must increase our meal prices.

The 2019-2020 Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application will be available online beginning July 1, 2019. The application is available in both English and Spanish. SECURITY INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS
HOURS
GHS Security Staff is on site Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. throughout the school year (excluding most Cherry Creek School District holidays). Most after-hour events will also be manned, including weekends. Grandview High School will be open to students from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with the school day running from 8:20 a.m. until 3:30 pm. Students involved in SUPER-VISED clubs, sports, and academics may remain on school property until the completion of their activity. All other students must be off school property by 4:00 p.m. Students may use the school library for study and research purposes after school while open.
BUILDING ACCESS
Access to Grandview High School's main building and fields is restricted to Cherry Creek District employees, currently-enrolled Grandview High School students, and approved visitors. All visitors are required to check in with valid driver's license or ID at the upper or lower security desks prior to continuing to any other part of the property. The two main entrances are located on the north side of the building (facing Arapahoe Rd. to the west of the large cafeteria windows), and the main entrance on the south side of the main building (to the west of the flag pole).
LOCKERS
Grandview High School Security issues academic hall lockers to all freshmen and sophomores during Check?in. Locker numbers and combinations will be printed on the student schedule that will be picked-up at Check-in in August. Upperclassmen who wish to have a locker may come to the lower security desk with their ID card after the first day of school.
