This is their framework of the 6 AimsCindy Henderson: For the PICU that opened unit to full sibling visitation, have you seen any increase in infections?Chonel Petti: We've had sibling visitation for at least 20 years (the siblings are screened for illness prior to visiting) and we have not seen infection increases We are Boston Children's. At our institution, our social workers work to address some of these needs. They work with chaplaincy. Does Cindy screen all patients on the unit on which she works? Yvonne Chambers: concern about time management with families that demand a lot of time and pull you away your other patients.Margaret Frantz: Do you do any advocacy for the patients and their families?melinda bender: we don't have chaplains at our facility, thoughts?Cindy Kirtland: We see all pts who have been in the unit for 3 daysYvonne Chambers: We do not have any chaplains either. In an emergency, we try to locate one or call the family's own clergymanChonel Petti: that is similar to what we do. our social workers see a patient/family within 24 hoursDeborah Turner: I work at a CHI, faith based hospital. We have chaplains everywhere and chaplain interns very appreciated.What we don't have is a great diversity - we've had to send to Denver for Monks, Shamen, and Greek Orthodox leaders.Kathy Duncan: If you would be willing to test this sheet, and let us know how it went on the next call?Would love to have a volunteer or two!Margaret Frantz: I would be willing to test the form ................
