|Career Summary |

| | |

| |I am currently a Senior Landman at Montage Resources Corporation. Before my work at Montage, I |

| |was a field Landman for two land brokerage companies, working for various clients in the |

| |Appalachian Basin on projects in New York, Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. During that time |

| |initial Lease acquisition (landowner or 3rd party) through unit development, title review and |

| |curative, up to and including location selection and Division order preparation. |

| |ability to take on and tackle any project with little instruction or oversight with accuracy and |

| |efficiency. I value and excel working independently or as a team leader/team member with my |
