Keynote

Rob Jackson

"Synergize to Energize and Realize"

Volunteer Managers often say they feel isolated within their organizations. In the modern, hyper-connected world, this no longer has to be the case. In fact, if we're isolated, we risk being ineffective. In his interactive keynote address, Rob will explore why leaders of volunteer engagement must connect with each other and how this can help us to not only address operational challenges like volunteer recruitment and retention, but also we can build our profession through collaboration.
