Preparing a Document for Client Wet Signature

This scenario assumes: - You will learn how to prepare a document(s) for wet signature

1. Once you've generated the document set/kit and completed your forms via the electronic documents, you might want to print for wet signature. The forms filling will allow you to auto populate information into the forms.

2. With Starting Point, select Actions > Print and Submit

*Please note on the next screen a message will pop up where you will see "Generate Coversheets" is checked off, this will add in the barcodes for you for easy upload back into Docupace after the document has been signed.

3. Docupace will assemble a package for you to print. For each form in the packet, there will be a corresponding barcode coversheet. (Example shown below)

4. Print the package. 5. Keep the documents in order if possible 6. Gather Client Signatures and sign yourself 7. When you scan the signed documents into the system, make sure each barcode

coversheet is on top of its corresponding form! 8. Then you can upload the docs right into Docupace and your work item will have

an updated version of the forms with signatures included. 9. Because you clicked "Print and Submit" the documents are automatically routed

to the next step in the workflow (operations, branch manager, etc)
