|Task 1 |You must create a factsheet that gives examples on the attributes and qualities that a practitioner |

| |in early years should possess. |

| |Produce a second factsheet that gives reasons why different early years settings meet the differing |

| |needs of families and children. |

| |Within your factsheets, you should provide a case study that demonstrates how the practitioner’s |

| |attributes and qualities will support children’s well-being, learning and development and also |

| |support the child and their family. |
