Please attach a recent degree audit (you can pick up an informal one immediately at the One Stop or the Registrar’s Office in the Campus Center).

Also (especially in cases where the topic of the course is unclear), try to send along some further information about the course(s) you took. Ideally, you might have a syllabus from the course, but you can also send along a copy of the catalog course description(s) from your previous school, which can usually be found online.
