Take breakfast with sprouts of any three types from green gram, Bengal gram, wheat, horse gram, alasandalu, etc. along with soaked groundnuts, soaked Soya, soaked til, and pieces of fresh-coconut. Take less (5-10) soaked groundnuts and only 1/8 coconut piece if overweight. ................
