I (we) understand that to be reinstated as a Social Marketer, I (we) must wait a minimum of 6 calendar months to be eligible for requalification.

I (we) understand that upon termination, the company will refund 90% of the net cost to me (us) of all resalable product and sales aids that I (we) have purchased from Modere within 12 months or as required by state law according to the terms of Modere's return policy (see Policies 8.2 and 8.3).

Modere pays commissions on sales of product to the end-user. When product is returned, it is as if no sale ever occurred, so the Social Marketer generating the sale is not entitled to a commission on returned product. Therefore, any bonuses or commissions received by a Social Marketer based on the sale of product which is subsequently returned for a refund will be deducted from the Social Marketer's refund. If a Social Marketer account is canceled within 5 days following execution of the Independent Social Marketer Application and Agreement (15 days for Montana residents), refunds will be made in full for all product. Social Marketer kits and sales aids returned in unopened, resalable condition (shipping costs excluded). Signatures of all involved parties are required.
