The consumer assets business of the bank consists of various offerings like LAP, Working Capital, Housing Finance, Business Loans, Credit Cards, Salaried Personal Loans, etc. These offerings are supported by various divisions ? collection, credit, legal, technical, post sales, etc. This position of Credit Manager will be responsible for doing the due diligence in terms of ensuring adherence to processes involved in credit buying, take appropriate credit decisions, to be aware on the general trends and updates on various industries so as to support appropriate decision making, among others.

Job Role:

Credit Appraisal of Loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities.

Under writing cases with desired level of quality and enabling achievement of Branch Business target by proper training.

To evaluate proposals of customers for LAP, WC and BL Use performance history along with liquidity, debt/asset management and

profitability ratios to assess creditworthiness in evaluation Interact with Customers & understand the business and regularly monitor

delinquencies / infants. Decision making within defined TAT Understanding of property related knowledge (like legal title and market value of the

property). Managing a team of CPAs Coordinating with sales, operations, legal, technical and customer service

Job Requirements:

Excellent written and oral communication skills Qualification - CA / MBA Job Knowledge ? Credit Analysis Skills & Experience ? 3-4 years' experience
