We are looking for creative writers who use the facts to provide information for our readers. Journalists should be able to address the 5 W’s: Who, What, When, Where, and Why. Our journalists separate themselves from writers of other newspapers by gaining the reader’s attention using many great details. Your first job is to cover the main event that takes place in Chapter 4. You are to address who was involved, where the event took place, when the event happened, what took place, and why the event happened at all. As a journalist, you are allowed to interview members of the community and provide quotes for your article that help address the 5 W’s. Some questions you may use to get started:How did the event start? ( May use background information from Chapters 1-3)Who was involved?What happened (what was the main event of Chapter 4)?Why did the characters do what they did?
